The goal of this project is (i) to study the 5G NR standard to
understand how beam management is implemented in 5G (ii) to make a
literature study of the beam management algorithm proposed in the
literature (iii) to compare these algorithms in terms of accuracy and
latency (iv) to propose a new beam management algorithm for initial access.
